Last Minute Booking:
PAWWD does accept late addition be it day before / day of service however, there is a $8 surcharge to the first scheduled visit. 

Service Cancellation Policy:
Same day / Day Prior to scheduled service: Visit is charged in FULL

Holiday Cancellation Policy:
Ten (10) or more days notice prior to scheduled visits - full credit to account / no charge
Five (5) or fewer days notice prior to scheduled visits  - Payment in full is charged/ no refunds.

Holiday surcharge:
A holiday surcharge of $3 per visit on the day of the following holidays will be added. 
New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

**Master's week there will be an additional $5 surcharge PER DAY**

These surcharges ensure that the sitter is compensated appropriately for traveling outside the main area of service.

Location surcharge:
Although we service all areas in the CSRA our main focus is that of Grovetown, Martinez, Evans, and the closer to those areas of Augusta Ga. Outside this scope of service locations will have an additional travel surcharge of the following to each visit. 

GEORGIA
Hephizabah: $2 
Harlem: $3 
Appling: $4
North Augusta: $4

Although we service all areas in the Springs our main focus is that of Fountain, Security/Widefield, and Fort Carson. Outside this scope of service locations will have an additional travel surcharge of the following to each visit. 

COLORADO SPRINGS
North Colorado Springs: $2
East Colorado Springs: $2
West Colorado Springs: $2
Briargate $2
Cimarron Hills $2
Black Forest, Falcon, Peyton, Air Force Academy & Manitou Springs: $5

These surcharge ensures that the traveling sitter is compensated appropriately for leaving the common areas of service.

Media Disclosure:
During visits with PAWWD there will be photos captured of your devoted pets. While PAWWD captures these photos that are shared with you in your visit updates, it will be ensured that no identifying markers of your home or family members will be included. PAWWD will also not disclose the location of your home or the status of its occupancy, whether you are home or away. These captured photos may possibly be shared on the PAWWD instagram @petsarewhatwedo but may also be shared on the PAWWD facebook page @PAWWD.

Emergency Situations:
In the event that your pet should need medical attention, under the care of PAWWD, you authorize such attention be given with the guidance of your primary veterinarian. As the client,  you have addressed the expectations in regards to your pet's care and therefore have given PAWWD the authority to seek veterinarian assistance at your expense. Also during such emergencies the emergency number provided will be contacted in your absence. 

The client acknowledges that the following may waive the right of coverage, under insurance and bonding, of the pet(s) and the home for the following:
- Common items that are known to be potentially harmful ranging from trash, food items, to even toys and treats that are known to present a choking hazard is left in the direct reach of  pet(s).
- Failure to properly vaccinate pet(s) or ensure pet(s) have been taken to a veterinarian at least once a year . It is acknowledged that by taking pet(s) to a licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at least once a year it is ensuring that said veterinarian is practicing preventive medicine, which includes keeping pet(s) updated on all vaccinations and ensuring pet(s) are in good standing health. 
- Access has been given to others, not of the PAWWD staff, via a door/garage code and/or a key to others while out of town. Also when failing to inform PAWWD staff to others being allowed in the home during services. 
- Allowing others to care for pet(s) in addition to PAWWD staff, while PAWWD is rendering services for pet(s) in the home and/or in failure to inform PAWWD to others caring for pet(s) with in the home.
- In failure to inform PAWWD of existing injuries but also behaviors of pet(s) and their interactions with other animals or people. 

Key Policy:
The key policy found on www.getpawwd.com has been reviewed and it is acknowledged that PAWWD's policy is to have two (2) hard copies of keys on hand. Reasoning behind this policy can be found on the website as forementioned. Failure to provide two (2) keys authorizes one copy to be made by PAWWD for a service charge $8. It is also acknowledged that keys are defaulted to be returned to a designated and secured location within the PAWWD establishment and that a request should be placed for the return of keys upon return if client so wishes. If a key is to be delivered it is understood there is a $5 pick-up/drop-off surcharge. It is acknowledged that PAWWD will also not lock home keys inside the home in the event that there is a delayed return and pet(s) may still need to be checked-on.
